The judicious use of technology in computing education (in and out of the classroom) can be empowering and transformative. However, it is very difficult to find out what technologies are available, where they have been adopted and how successful that adoption has been. The ACM Education Council hopes this site can address this and serve as a central, organized collection of links of teaching resources.
Our intended audience is computing educators at all levels – grade school through university. The real value comes from its web 2.0 user-driven tagging, search, rating and commentary. Visit our tutorial which will explain the layout of the site and how you can contribute.
Caveat Emptor (aka "Legalese")
ACM does not endorse any of the resources listed on this site, or "negatively endorse" a resource by its absence. This website is managed by the Technology and Tools task force of the ACM Education Council and volunteer moderators, and the resources have been gathered from suggestions by the global computing educator community.
Let us know about any updated / outdated / omitted resources and we'll do our best to incorporate them into our structure. Also, any commentary written by members are purely the opinion of that author; ACM is not responsible for them in any way.
