Also inexpensive, but probably more suited for middle-school/ high-school level robotics classes, and programmed in a version of BASIC, I think. http://www.parallax.com/tabid/411/Default.aspx Other products they have: http://www.parallax.com/ProductInfo/tabid/110/Default.aspx (I've never used any of these).
